Let me tell you a little bit about myself ...
florence & thomas
Tanarak captured so many warm and wonderful photos during our wedding; we love them so much and the memorable moments Tanarak captured for us!
Originally from Thailand, I’ve been blessed to live my own love story. My wife Patta and I remember our own wedding day like it was yesterday. Four cities and two children later, I’m still an old-fashioned romantic.
I have lived and worked in Singapore, Paris, Hong Kong, and now, San Francisco. From intimate and simple ceremonies, to elegant and grand occasions, I am constantly inspired by different wedding cultures and traditions, and of course, the special couples.
It’s been over a decade since I captured my first wedding, and today the magic and joy of what I do is more alive than ever.
I discovered the craft of photography when I was 10 years old. It was then that I realized that the world around me could change at any moment to reveal something extraordinary.
To be a photographer, you need to feel at home in the background. Weddings require observation and contemplation. While there is one love story in focus, the couple are surrounded by hundreds of other stories. There is complexity and simplicity all at once. I kindly ask to be forgotten; to be allowed to move between moments, capturing each new chapter as the story unfolds.
i'm here to capture the magic.
You are the center of attention. I pride myself on my ability to go unnoticed and am grateful to have clients describe me as quiet. Rest assured, I will be where I need to be to capture every detail in perfect clarity.

We believe that life's biggest and smallest moments are worth celebrating. You'll always find a bottle of champagne in our fridge in the event that the night deserves a bit of celebrating!
New isn't always better. We're big fans of spending the afternoon sifting through antique shops and secondhand stores for timeless pieces with secret stories. Our favorite find? A vintage pair of Jimmy's!
